Refund Policy
Refunds
If you request a refund, we refund the unused portion of the current subscription month and then cancel the subscription. No refunds are issued for unused purchased credits.
Partial month
We refund the unused part of the subscription month you have already paid for. The part of that month you have already used is not refunded.
Cancellation
We then cancel the subscription. After a refund, access does not continue until the end of the billing period.
