Keto Meat Pizza
Instructions:
  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. Prepare Meat Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, egg, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Form the Crust: Transfer the meat mixture to the prepared baking sheet and shape it into a round or rectangular pizza crust, about 1/2 inch thick.
  4. Pre-Bake the Crust: Bake the meat crust in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until it is cooked through and starting to brown. Remove from the oven and drain any excess fat if necessary.
  5. Add Toppings: Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the pre-baked crust. Sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese and add your desired toppings.
  6. Bake Again: Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the toppings are cooked to your liking.
  7. Cool and Serve: Allow the pizza to cool for a few minutes before slicing. Garnish with chopped fresh basil if desired.
