Crock Pot Lemon Garlic Butter
Instructions:
  1. Prepare the Chicken: Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and black pepper.
  2. In a bowl, combine the melted butter, lemon juice, minced garlic, dried parsley, dried basil, and dried oregano. Mix well.
  3. Place the seasoned chicken thighs in the bottom of the crock pot. Pour the lemon garlic butter mixture over the chicken.
  4. Add Chicken Broth: Pour the chicken broth around the chicken thighs in the crock pot to ensure there’s enough liquid for cooking.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is tender and easily pulls away from the bone.
  6. Once cooked, carefully remove the chicken thighs from the crock pot. If desired, reduce the sauce by simmering it on the stove for a few minutes to thicken. Serve the chicken thighs with the lemon garlic butter sauce drizzled on top.
