Cheesy Beef Sliders
Instructions:
  1. Prepare the Beef Patties: In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, grated cheese, minced garlic, onion powder, smoked paprika, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
  2. Divide the beef mixture into 6 equal portions and shape each portion into a patty, about 1/2 inch thick.
  3. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 4-5 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheese on each patty and cover the grill or skillet to help the cheese melt.
  4. Place each cooked patty on a large lettuce leaf. Add any optional toppings like pickles, tomatoes, onions, or avocado. Fold the lettuce over the patty to form a wrap.
  5. Serve the sliders immediately, while the patties are still warm and the cheese is melted.
